Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Yellow Gold Ref: 5270J 2022
The Ref: 5270J is the yellow gold expression of Patek Philippe’s signature complication pairing — perpetual calendar and chronograph — a lineage that runs unbroken from the 1941 Ref: 1518. It is driven by the in-house Calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, entirely developed and finished by Patek Philippe, with the calendar read through apertures and subsidiary dials in the classical layout. Yellow gold returned to this reference only in 2020, and examples remain scarce relative to the white and rose metals. This 2022 example was examined and authenticated in hand by our horologists and is accompanied by its full set. The tactility of its rectangular chronograph pushers alone rewards handling it in person.
