Refund policy

All sales at The Smiling Second are final. Each pre-owned timepiece is individually inspected and authenticated by our horologists, and detailed photographs and condition information are provided prior to purchase. We encourage all clients to view a piece in person by appointment before committing.

Because every watch is a unique, individually described item, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on change of mind.

In the rare event a watch is found to be materially not as described, contact us within 24 hrs of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
