Looking to sell your luxury watch?

Trusted online watch purchasing service. Straightforward, hassle-free selling! Secure your free evaluation today.

Selling your timepiece

We buy outright from private sellers Australia-wide, with same-day offers on Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and Richard Mille. Whole collections welcome.

Send us the reference, year, condition and what comes with it. Our horologists assess it and we make one firm offer — no opening bid, no back and forth.

Authentication is at our Melbourne CBD boutique, or with our partner watchmakers in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and the Gold Coast — leave it with them and be paid on the spot. Elsewhere, we arrange insured transit and settle the same way.

We never publicise who sold us a watch, or what was paid.

Are your watches authentic?

Do you offer GST Invoices?

Yes, local sales are inclusive of GST and are invoiced. You are eligible for a GST refund on departure from Australia under the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS). Further details are available here: https://www.abf.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/tourist-refund-scheme

Do you accept trade-ins?

Do you ship domestically and internationally?

We ship domestically and worldwide using insured express couriers. Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. All payments must also be cleared prior to shipping.

Can I see the watch before buying?

We offer private viewings by appointment at our Melbourne CBD Boutique if the watch is in stock and not being sourced specifically for you. Remote buyers can request high-resolution photos or video inspections.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies. Unfortunately, card purchases are not accepted due to a high incidence of chargeback issues within the industry. PayPal payments are also not accepted.

Which watches do you purchase?

We purchase pieces dated largely 2010 onwards, typically from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, F.P. Journe, Vacheron Constantin, A. Lange & Söhne and Cartier, with a particular focus on pieces from $15,000. Exceptional examples outside this range are considered case by case. We generally do not purchase watches without original paperwork.

Do you authenticate watches when purchasing?

Yes, we authenticate all watches when purchasing them either in Melbourne or one of our satellite locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast.

What documents do I need to provide when selling you a watch?

You would need to provide a valid Australian driver’s licence when selling your timepiece to us. Additionally, we require the warranty paperwork for the watch and the original purchase invoice in some circumstances.

How do I get my watch to you?

We can receive and authenticate in Melbourne or one of our satellite locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast. If you are unable to attend one of these locations, we will arrange an armoured courier or organise insured shipping to us with payment being made on authentication of your timepiece.

How do I get paid?

We will provide an instant direct bank transfer on authentication of your timepiece at our Melbourne Boutique or at one of our satellite locations. If you are sending your timepiece to us, we will pay on the day of receipt once the watch has been authenticated and quality assurance has been completed.
