Introduced in 2019 as the second chapter of this partnership, the Sang Bleu II builds on the original’s geometric language with a more complex, multi-layered case construction that plays with depth, symmetry, and angular forms. The watch is powered by Hublot’s in-house UNICO manufacture calibre HUB1240, an automatic flyback chronograph movement featuring a column wheel, dual clutch, and approximately 72 hours of power reserve, visible through the skeletonised dial that integrates seamlessly into the design. Its primary complication is the chronograph, reinterpreted through Sang Bleu’s architectural aesthetic, making time-telling an immersive visual experience. Produced in strictly limited numbers across different materials such as King Gold, titanium, and ceramic, the Sang Bleu II occupies a distinctive position within the Hublot lineup as a creative flagship—showcasing the brand’s philosophy of “The Art of Fusion,” where avant-garde design, modern materials, and serious mechanical watchmaking intersect.
